Just changed vets from Richmond, where I had the BEST, get down in the floor, laughed about the young males, wouldn't upsale but would offer cheaper options every time, clinic. Very devastating bc I just knew I'd never find another that could come close to Dr. Walls....but I did, here. Sooo impressed with the treatment of all my creatures and the chaos they can ensue! Scott treated them like they were his....kisses, laughs......and the rest of the staff is top-notch and I felt like I'd been there for years. So glad I had been following Jenny Hurst's posts about this place!!

I love this place! The staff is awesome. They go above and beyond to ensure that your fur babies are comfortable and healthy. Every visit my little lady was scraping the car door to go see her friends. Dr. Nieves gives each pet individualized and is truly passionate about what he does. Thank you all for being such great people.

Dr. Scott is full of love and compassion for every animal and pet owner he comes in contact with. He has cared for every animal even strays that I have referred to him. His office staff has all the love to take time to learn names of the animals and pet owners.

Great Staff! My doggies and I enjoying going there! Friendly atmosphere, their all very knowledgeable, very patient, quick office visits, and everyone including the doctor are so kind!

I have to start by saying I will NEVER go to any other vet, Dr. Scott and the ladies were amazing!! My 5yr old female dog needed an emergency spay and when coming to the office we were unaware that her uterus had ruptured he had done everything he could do and she's back home now.. They were all so kind , so empathetic and understanding by far the best experience I've ever had with a vet! I'm so grateful for them words honestly can't express it!! Highly recommend these guys for any of your fur babies needs 🖤 My sweet mama love wouldn't be here if it weren't for their team! The picture of her laying down was her literally on her death bed her in the car was on her way home 24hrs later 😁

I absolutely LOVE all the vets with Frankfort Animal Clinic! The whole staff are so kind, compassionate, and truly take the time to know your fur babies. Dr. King, whom I've interacted with the most) goes above and beyond to make sure your pet is cared for to the very best of his ability. This group has never failed me and our fur family of 5 dogs!

Dr. Scott is one of the best vets I have ever been to, he has been compassionate to not only me when I had to finally let my first girl go, but to every single one of my cats that I have brought in. He practices because he loves animals and it shows. When I moved to Frankfort from Colorado 3 years ago, I took my French Toast in, who had been receiving a newer medication for arthritis before I moved, I was amazed that Dr. Scott was willing to start ordering the same medication (not previously used in the clinic) to continue treating her. He helped me every step of the way as I navigated the last few years of French Toast's time here as she aged. When it was time, Dr. Scott moved his schedule around to see her that morning and treated me, my family, and French Toast with immaculate empathy, dignity, and respect. When I first came into the clinic, when I moved, he told me that he would do everything he could to keep her thriving and comfortable and when it came time he would let me know. He followed through on that and I couldn't be more grateful. I got 2 years more with French Toast because of Dr. Scott. Dr. Scott knows me, my pets, and explains his thoughts and clinical choices in a way that I can understand and make informed decisions with. He gives me opportunities to ask questions and give my thoughts. Sometimes the clinic is overwhelmed with the amount of animals that need care, but they can admit and take accountability for mistakes/misunderstandings and do their best to make it right. They say what they mean, mean what they say, and make every effort, within reason and capacity, to follow through on promises made. Frankfort vet clinic is run, at it's core, with a deep and evident passion for caring for animals and helping their humans navigate animal care. I am truly grateful for the team here. My babies, Artichoke and Giblets, have a vet care family here and I'm grateful they do.
